Origin:  Lincang, Yunnan Province, China
Material: Sustainable Plantation (Shengtai Cha) 100+ yr old trees
Harvest Year: Spring 2012 / Autumn 2013 Blend

Tasting Notes:
Sweet, jujubee, date sugar

While this Puerh is still rather young it exbhits traits of a much older tea. The blending was overseen by the now retired Menghai factory tea boss. The first two steeps will feel slightly dry, then when the tea has a chance to open it will develop a very deep sweetness of Jujubee's and Date sugar, this will warm and nourish your spirit. A daily drinker. The Founder personally sourced and purchased this tea on site in 2013, then imediatley shipped it to store in Taichung, Taiwan until present day. A real gem.

This lovely tea finishes a sweet around the gums with a sweet sugar and a long linger. 

Brewing suggestions: 
2g. of tea for teabook tumbler
Temp: High 195°F | 90°C (let cool 2 mins after boil)


Tea master notes:
Teapot: 6 g. of tea | 4 oz. water (can use 200°F after a few steepings)
Fermentation: Post-fermentation
Infusions: 20-30 secs
This tea is great for the cold winter months and evenings
